Cheen Huaye: ( pronounced Chen-why-a ) Maya for 'only here'.

Cheen Huaye is the creation of executive chef Marco Velaszquez and his wife, Magna Vieira. Marco is a native of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula and after working as a chef in some of South Florida's finest restaurants, he decided to cook what he loves.
